Group Dog Walk around Marbury Park, Saturday 26 March @ 10.30am



Regulars and visitors welcome. Meet on the training field at 10.30 and we'll head off across the park and through the woods where we'll stop for a doggie picnic.

All dogs to be kept on lead. There's no charge for the walk but we will be doing a collection in aid of the Kennel Club's Charitable Trusts.

This year the Well Heeled Dog Club will be demonstrating another aspect of their training with a Formation Heelwork to Music Display.

DOG AWARENESS DAY

Sunday 30th September from 12.00 - 4pm at Weaver Parkway, Winsford. 

Organised by Jim Greenwood, dog trainer and chairman of Friends of Weaver Parkway. The event will be a day to inform dog owners of all aspects of dog ownership from training, kennelling and veterinary care; there's also a fun dog show too!

TAKE PART IN A 'GRAND DAY OUT' FOR CHARITY THIS BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND



 This Saturday and Sunday the Well Heeled Dog Club is involved with two events for charity.

On Saturday, 25th August the club is taking part 
in the national ‘A Grand Day Out’ by organising a ‘cracking’ dog walk for all the family in aid of the Wallace and Gromit’s Children’s Foundation and the Kennel Club Charitable Trust.

The walk, which is open to all dog owners, whether people are regulars to training or not, will talk place at Marbury Park, starting at 10.30am in the dog training area behind the Ranger’ Office. By taking part not only will people have great fun, money will also be raised to help sick children in hospitals and hospices and make a difference to dogs’ lives.

And on Sunday, 26th August the dog club is holding its annual Dog show as part of Pickmere Village Fun Day.
This is a great day out for all the family, so whether your dog is a pedigree or a pooch with the waggiest tail, come along and join in the fun! 

Registration starts at 12 noon and entry costs only £1.25 per class. The dog show is kindly sponsored by Pets at Home (Northwich) and the money raised will be shared with the Wallace & Gromit's Children's Foundation & the Kennel Club Charitable Trust, and the local events and causes supported by the Village Fun Day.
